We ship items within the United Arab Emirates. Meat Online and the delivery of items purchased through Meat Online are handled by Talentia Market Research DMCC, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, registered in Dubai at the DMCC Authority (Dubai Multi Commodities Center) under registration number 377483, having its seat and registered office at Unit 402, Jumeirah Bay Tower X3, Cluster X, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, P. O. Box: 75800 Dubai - UAE.
Delivery will usually be completed within the period you specify upon placing your order on our website or mobile app, which can be found at http://www.meatonline.ae.
Upon delivery you will have the opportunity to review the quality, quantity and content of the goods delivered, and whether they comply with your order. In case the delivery does not comply with your order requirements, you do have the right to refuse the delivery.
If you refuse delivery due to non-compliance of the goods with your order, you can either receive a refund of any costs paid for the whole delivery or for the parts of the delivery which are not accepted, in accordance with the conditions laid down in Clause 3 of this Policy, or a replacement delivery.
Considering the nature and content of Meat Online’s products (meat products), you cannot return any goods which have been initially accepted. Any objections regarding the quality, quantity or any other aspect of the delivery shall be raised directly at the time of delivery to our delivery person. We cannot accept any objections at a later date.
If you return your product under the conditions specified in Clause 2 of this Policy, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products you return with the same delivery person who delivered the order to you. Refund will be processed using the same payment method you have chosen to make your purchase within 15-21 days.
